Energy conserving renovation of a nursing home in Bad Hersfeld

From the end of 2016 to May 2018, the former nursing home in Bad Hersfeld was successfully renovated to the standard of a plus-energy house. In the course of further building development, the concrete weather shells weighing several tons were secured using Innofixx SLD dowels.
After installing energy-saving windows in the entire building, insulation was installed on the facade. Innofixx SLD facade distance dowels
were also deployed. These were fixed through the concrete weather shells into the solid masonry behind. Subsequently, the substructure for the plaster base panels and photovoltaic panels was installed over the concrete weather shells.
